Emily Ratajkowski’s California Retreat: A Stunning Mansion with a Charming Backyard Hideaway

Ratajkowski, who was born in London but was raised in the San Diego region, rose to recognition after acting in Robin Thicke’s contentious “Blurred Lines” music video in 2013. She went on to star in the 2014 box office sensation “Gone Girl,” and she has walked the runways for other fashion houses, including Versace, Miu Miu, and Bottega Veneta.

In addition to the main house’s two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the mansion also has a separate ‘cottage studio’ with a third bathroom and a sizable space that may be used as an office, gym, recording studio, or additional bedroom. (According to the listing images, that area is currently set up as a bedroom.)

The main living space features a two-story stone fireplace, and the stunning loft-style master suite has towering windows that let in the lush greenery. The second bedroom is as roomy, and a number of doors lead out to a balcony that connects the main home with the studio.

The terraced backyard’s chaotic assortment of green shrubs, stubby cacti, potted plants, and untamable ground cover may be found outside. A wooden jacuzzi is located next to a built-in campfire in the far back of the property, tucked away in a grove of trees and lit by string lights.
