Rapper “Black and Yellow” Cameron Jibril Thomaz, commonly known as Wiz Khalifa, paid $3.4 miℓℓio𝚗 bought an ultra-modern property in the Encino region of the San Fernando Valley after residing in a $16,000 per month Los Angeles rental for about three years.

Khalifa recently paid little more than $7.6 miℓℓio𝚗 to move to a second luxurious estate about three miles away, while he still owns this home as well as one in his birthplace of Pittsburgh.
