Unveiling Tom Brady’s extravagant real estate empire before rumors of love with Kim Kardashian

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have amassed an impressive portfolio of real estate over the course of their 13-year marriage, but now that PEOPLE has confirmed the couple plan to divorce, they will soon be splitting up their assets. Here’s a rundown of the jaw-dropping properties they’ve shared since tying the knot.

Miami, Florida

Brady has established a life in sunny Florida since donning the red and black for the Buccaneers. A $17 mιllιon property on Indian Creek Island in Miami, which they just bought, is a great deal in the neighborhood known as “Billionaire’s Bunker.”

According to Page Six, the couple demolished their 5,172 square foot, five bedroom, five bathtub home on a two acre lot and built a new one from scratch.

City of New York, Tribeca

According to property records, Brady and Bündchen reduced their Manhattan residence in late last year, exchanging their north-facing 6,500 square foot, 12th floor condo for a south-facing 5,300 square foot, 12th floor home.

In contrast to the $36.8 mιllιon their older condo sold for, the new, smaller condo only cost $3.6 mιllιon. According to Jennifer Gould of the New York Post, Brady’s “lucky number” from his time with the Patriots is twelve, which explains why both residences are on the 12th level.

Montana’s Big Sky

According to the Daily Mail, Bill Gates, Justin Timberlake, and former Google CEO Eric Schmidt are among the rich and famous who pay big cash for solitude and snowy slopes at the super-exclusive Montana property known as The Yellowstone Club.

There aren’t many details available regarding Brady’s Montana property, but we can guess he spent at least a few mιllιon dollars on it. According to the Yellowstone Club website, condos start at $5.7 mιllιon and residences may cost up to $30 mιllιon.

In Costa Rica

The family frequently vacations at the couple’s isolated house on Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula – even during the pandemic!

According to Forbes, Mel Gibson also has a house in Santa Teresa, where the couple is allegedly said to have had a second wedding ceremony.

According to listing websites, houses in the neighborhood can cost up to $20 mιllιon but start at less than $200,000. Although rumors suggest Brady does own a home in Santa Teresa, the neighborhood is home to several vacation rental properties.

Massachusetts’s Brookline

According to the Boston Globe, Brady’s custom-built estate outside of Boston was up for sale until Christmas Eve, when it was sold for a reported $32.5 mιllιon.

The Boston Business Journal reports that Brady and Bündchen paid $4.5 mιllιon for the Brookline estate in 2013.

One Madison Apartments in New York

According to property records, the couple listed this three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathtub condominium for $17.3 mιllιon in 2016 before selling it for about $13.9 mιllιon in 2018. The New York Post previously reported that they paid $11.7 mιllιon for the 48th-floor pied-à-terre in 2014.

Two private elevators that lead into an art gallery are located in the 3,310 square foot house. The condo’s interior features a movie room, a large wine cooler in the kitchen, and an open living and dining area. According to floor plans, the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a separate bathroom.
