Inside the Atlanta Luxury Apartment Where Kevin Samuels before his ԀеатҺ lived a happy life with his family

Kevin Samuels, a controversial YouTuber, passed away very abruptly and unexpectedly in his rented Atlanta apartment last week. Although the official cause of death has not yet been disclosed, it has been widely reported that the 57-year-old self-proclaimed relationship expert and lifestyle influencer began complaining of chest discomfort and may have ultimately died of cardiac arrest.

A woman, reportedly a trained nurse with whom he had spent the night, was with him at the time and attempted CPR before calling 911 when she was unsuccessful.

Throughout his career, Samuels was a controversial figure. Due to his lifestyle videos and fashion advice, he first gained recognition in 2016; however, it wasn’t until December 2020 that his viral video “You’re Average at Best” received widespread attention. Since then, his frequently controversial and forthright relationship advice has dominated his various social media channels.

Since 2020, Samuels’ frequent livestreams on Instagram and other platforms have attracted a large number of critics who perceive his content to be “cruel.” The latter group focused on some of his more controversial remarks, particularly his remarks about Black women and women over 35, whom he referred to as “leftovers.”

In any event, Samuels’ videos brought him fame, wealth, and a massive amount of curious eyes, including 1.4 million YouTube subscribers and 1.2 million Instagram followers. At the time of his demise, the prominent Atlanta native resided in a rented apartment at the exclusive Residence Buckhead apartment complex, located in perhaps Atlanta’s most affluent neighborhood. Cardi B, Elton John, and fellow YouTuber Stephanie Soo are nearby residents.

It is unknown how much Samuels paid for his tenancy, but the apartment was advertised last year for $1,920 per month. In 915 square feet of space, the relatively small apartment has one bedroom and one restroom, according to public records.
