What goes around comes around for Justin Timberlake, who just listed his opulent Hollywood Hills residence. According to the Wall Street Journal, the couple has listed their luxurious homes for sale with a $35 mιllιon asking price.

The Grammy-winning musician and actor spent a startling $26.7 mιllιon extra for the house almost two decades ago. But the pair afterwards undertook a full renovation of the 10.2-acre estate.

Estee Stanley, a well-known L.A. designer, has added chic rustic-modern furniture to the main house along with an 85-foot zero-edge pool and a second plunge pool.

Erroll Flynn, a swashbuckling actor, constructed the estate that subsequently belonged to singing cowboy Stuart Hamblen and singer/songwriter Ricky Nelson in the 1940s, giving the Timberlake-Biel home its famous pedigree.

The property was purchased by a land developer in the 1980s, who then tore down the house and divided it into multiple pieces. Hunt built a Spanish-style mansion on a roughly 3-acre site in 2000, which she eventually sold to Timberlake. The “Can’t Stop The feeling!” singer then acquired a nearly 7-acre undeveloped lot behind Hunt’s home residence in order to increase his seclusion.

The two-level home has nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms spread across more than 13,500 square feet and is discretely tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac behind gates and a guard house.

Unsurprisingly, the structure contains all the sumptuous amenities one would want for, including four fireplaces, a gym, and a lavish screening room. An outdoor living area that surrounds the house is ideal for outdoor gatherings and meals. The views reveal a sizable portion of the San Fernando Valley skyline.

Other notable amenities include a gourmet kitchen and a sumptuous master bedroom with an own dressing area and spa-like bathroom. A large lawn that is illuminated by the aforementioned pools, a lit tennis/sports court, a vegetable garden, and a separate guesthouse are all located on the heavily wooded property.
