The multi-hyphenate diva, who some fans think has turned “Dancing with the Stars” into her own runway, has sold four of those houses for a profit since 2020. Her last Palisades house, a three-story contemporary, is selling for $7.85 mιllιon, over a mιllιon dollars more than she paid over four years ago. Sotheby’s International Realty’s Heidi Lake and Rodeo Realty’s James Respondek list the property.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom white-stucco contemporary with city lights, ocean, and coastal views boasts a wall-to-wall carpeted main bedroom with bird’s-eye views and a spa-style bath that opens to a tiny private courtyard terrace.
