Magic Johnson’s $14.5 million Bel-Air mansion is for sale. The home hasn’t been listed in over a decade.

The 10,000-square-foot house was built for Johnson in 1981, a year after he won his first of five Lakers titles. He sold the house a few years later and now resides in Beverly Park, a wealthy Southern California neighborhood with celebrities like Denzel Washington, Mark Wahlberg, and Adele.

Compass agent Nancy Ellin owns and lists the Moraga Estates property. Johnson returned to the house and signed several walls, including the indoor basketball court’s locker room.

The house is more traditional elsewhere. The three-story house at the end of a cul-de-sac has a chandelier-topped entryway and a grand staircase.

Six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms are elsewhere. Some rooms have striking wood beams. A glass-walled game room overlooks the basketball court upstairs.

The half-acre estate’s brick patio, pool, Jacuzzi, and fire pit complete the backyard.

Ellin, who acquired the home for $4.4 million in 2004, lists it with Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty.

Johnson led the Lakers to five titles and three MVPs and three Finals MVPs over his entire NBA career. The 63-year-old was admitted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame a decade after winning a gold medal with the 1992 Olympics “Dream Team” in Barcelona.
