Grammy-nominated R&B singer Jhené Aiko recently acquired a second home in a beautiful mountain-view neighborhood. The new house, which she purchased for slightly over $5.6 million, is located in the same picturesque Pacific Palisades area, where she already owns an East Coast-style home. Her longtime partner, Big Sean, also owns a French Normandy-style mansion in Encino.

The newly purchased house was built in the early 1980s but has undergone extensive renovations. It features five bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms, spread across nearly 4,700 square feet on two levels.

The cream-colored stucco and terracotta-roof building sits on more than a half-acre of property and is secured by a new Ring Alarm system. It includes a side-tucked three-car garage and a veranda with an arched gateway. Inside, a formal living room with a two-way fireplace, custom storage, and a double-height foyer connect to a family area with a wet bar and French doors leading to the exterior.

The main level also houses a gourmet kitchen with an eat-in island, equipped with new Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast nook. Additionally, there’s a dining room with a mural. Upstairs, four bedrooms can be found, including a master bedroom with a private balcony, two walk-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom featuring an in-room Jacuzzi.

The backyard of the house boasts a sport court that has been recently resurfaced, a newly added pool and spa, two fire pits, and an al fresco eating area with an outdoor kitchen. The outdoor space is adorned with fruit, palm, and olive trees, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.
