A Look Inside Tyler Perry’s $100M Atlanta Mega Mansion

This is the newly constructed residence of billionaire tycoon Tyler Perry. It is situated on over 1,000 acres in Douglasville, Georgia (coordinates: 33°43’52.8′′N 84°38’26.8′′W) and has approximately 40,000 square feet of living space with eight bedrooms and twelve toilets. It allegedly cost more than $100 million to construct.

 

It is in close proximity to Tyler Perry Studios, Perry’s 330-acre Atlanta film studio. As the majority of you are already aware, Tyler constructed a 30,000-square-foot residence in Georgia in 2007. This Atlanta mansion was situated on land that he purchased for $9 million. In 2016, he finally sold it for $17.5 million.

 

 

Recently, the buyer sold the property to comedian Steve Harvey for $15 million. The new residence also includes a sizable lap pool and a private airstrip.
