Dive into the Extravagant World of a 213-Foot Hybrid Superyacht Concept: A Paradise of 5 Pools and an Enchanting Open-Air Cinema

See is the name of Gill Schmid Design’s latest superyacht concept, which is impossible to overlook.

The 213-foot-long hybrid vessel, which was designed in collaboration with Lateral Naval Architects, features a genuinely unique exterior characterised by large reflective glass planes.

The vessel’s interior is intended to be much more casual than a conventional superyacht, totaling 1,670 GT. It eschews the traditional formal saloon and dining room in favour of a flexible, open-plan design with convertible spaces. The studio suggests imagining Transformers in an architectural context.

Each of the six guest cottages on See is located near a pool or jacuzzi. In contrast, the owner’s suite is located on the upper deck and encompasses the entire 40-foot beam. There is also space for up to 17 crew members.

See is ideal for entertaining with its expansive kitchen, communal tables, and adjacent lounge. It is also equipped with a sushi bar and an outdoor barbecue area that functions as a raw bar for aspiring chefs. You’ll also experience the freshest produce while at sea, as the ship is outfitted with hydroponic tanks where you can grow your own fruits and vegetables, a fermentation chamber, and even a mushroom laboratory.

See is replete with amenities that rival those of a 5-star resort. The focal point of the main terrace is the glass-bottom infinity pool, which is the pièce de résistance. The largest of the ship’s five pools, it is flanked by sun loungers and a jacuzzi and is highly Instagrammable. On another portion of this terrace is a shady pool lounge and bar, perfect for happy hour.

The saloon on the foredeck is also notable. It features a retractable glass wall that enables it to quickly transform from an open-air cinema to an oceanfront terrace. A leisure and wellness area with a sauna, steam room, fitness centre, and yet another infinity pool completes the luxurious amenities. Obviously, the ship is also stuffed with toys and auxiliaries.

Additionally, See is an efficient superyacht. The 213-foot vessel is equipped with a Lateral E-Hybrid propulsion system that promises a maximum speed of 16 knots and a range of 3,750 nautical miles. She is also equipped with batteries that can power the vessel for six to eight hours at anchor and three hours of tranquil sailing.
