Quavo of Migos’ Atlanta Castle worth $1.35M, a Place to Enjoy Life with His Girlfriend

The property, named the Castle at Cromwell, is an extravagant homage to the 14th-century Chateau de Chenonceau, a picture-perfect estate on the River Cher.

The Georgia version is slightly more recent. It was constructed in 1996, spans 12,000 square feet, and features six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and four half-baths. The 1-acre property is located in one of the country’s most affluent communities.

To reveal the home’s true value, it needs some renovations and restorations. According to listing agent Anastasia Nevtonova, it would cost $5.5 million to construct this property in the present day. It was listed earlier this year for slightly less than $1.5 million, and with the recent price reduction, it will be a steal for anyone seeking a castle in Atlanta.

And its location and pedigree may justify the asking price. Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, Usher, and Allen Iverson were previous residents of the prestigious Country Club of the South neighbourhood. Nevtonova adds that other members of Migos, including Offset, Cardi B, and Bob Whitfield, have visited the residence in recent months.

Quavo, one-third of Migos, was one of hip-hop’s top performers and a former tenant of the residence. The residence even has a hidden entrance that leads to the Atlanta native’s recording studio.

A stately living room with a honeycomb ceiling provides access to a European-style courtyard with a small pool, fountain, and hanging garden. Additionally, the property features two offices, each with a private entrance, two staff apartments with kitchens and laundry, live-in help accommodations, and multiple garages.

The gated community features a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, tennis courts, swimming pools, basketball courts, and walking and jogging paths.
