Yo Gotti, the “Recession Proof” rapper, is selling his hilltop Los Angeles house in Westlake Village, California, less than a year after purchasing it. The 3-acre property features a Tuscan-style mansion, two pools, rose gardens, and a full-size tennis court, all fully landscaped.
The rapper’s major success came with his 2016 album “The Art of Hustle,” which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. His song “Rake It Up” with Nicki Minaj also reached the top 10 of the Hot 100 the following year. Gotti, who is 41 years old, runs Nashville’s Collective Music Group (CMG).
The Villa Forza, as the property is known, is listed for $1 million more than what Gotti paid for it in May. The mansion, built in the late 1990s, overlooks the North Ranch Country Club golf course and offers over 10,000 square feet of living area on one level.
The interiors of the house are luxurious, with glass-and-metal double front doors opening to a spacious foyer with a large skylight and views of the backyard and surrounding hills. The house includes a living room with a fireplace, a library, a family room connected to the chef’s kitchen, and six guest/family rooms. The master suite features a home gym, an executive office, a formal dining room, and two bathrooms with fireplaces and jacuzzis.
The exterior of the property is equally impressive, with groomed boxwood and rose gardens, large palm trees, and peaceful fountains. There is a reflecting pool, an infinity-edge pool, and multiple terraces for outdoor dining and entertaining, all overlooking the canyon.
Despite owning this lavish property for less than a year, Yo Gotti has decided to put it on the market, offering a chance for potential buyers to own this luxurious Tuscan-style mansion in a beautiful hilltop location.
