Step into Luxury: Fast X Star Tyrese Gibson’s Villa Boasts a Spectacular Terrace, the Epitome of Elegance

The Woodland Hills, Calif., compound that Atlanta-based singer and actor Tyrese Gibson has listed at a tetch under $2.9 million, more than twice the $1.385 million he paid shortly after it was built 11 years ago, is an unremarkable, tan-colored Mediterranean-ish house that almost no one passing by would notice or look at twice.

According to online estimates, the “Sweet Lady” and “How You Gonna Act Like That” singer has published six albums and sold 3.7 million copies since the late 1990s. He gained more success in five “Fast & Furious” and three “Transformers” movie. He will star in the “Spider-Man” spinoff “Morbius” opposite Jared Leto and two more “Fast & Furious” films. He’s going from singer to actor.

It was first discovered on Zillow Gone Wild, and it is currently for sale through “Selling Sunset” star Jason Oppenheim of The Oppenheim Group. There are a total of four buildings on the property, including the main house, which features five bedroom suites, including a primary suite with two walk-in closets and a terrace, and 5.5 bathrooms.

Although there are a few extravagant moments in the main home, such as the grandiose double-height combined entryway and living room with its even grander curved staircase and curlicued wrought-iron railings, the majority of the main house is a typical high-end suburban affair that can easily house a large family. In other words, the house is not overly lavish.

The living room is enormous, and it features a baby grand piano, several pieces of white slipcovered furniture, and a fireplace that is sleek and black.

The home theater features chairs upholstered in brown microsuede, as well as a sizable, high-end kitchen with an adjacent dining area and family room.

The cabinetry in most bathrooms, including the master one, is a medium brown wood color, while the tiles are beige. On the other hand, the rear of the house features its very own carnival.
