French Montana pυrcнaѕed a villa right next to Drake’s simply for the thrill of it

Not even three years ago, Moroccan-American rapper and songwriter French Montana paid L.A. Clipper Paul “PG-13” George a little more than $8.4 𝕞𝕚𝕝𝕝𝕚𝕠𝕟 for a nearly 16,000-square-foot mansion in the guard-gated and star-studded Hidden Hills enclave, where many Kardashians and sports stars live.

The three-time Grammy-nominated “Unforgettable” singer, whose 2017 single has 1.5 вιℓℓισи YouTube views, is looking to expand his property portfolio to other U.S. and international locations and has listed his sprawling suburban L.A. home for nearly three times what he paid. Montana bought the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion on approximately 1.5 acres in the upscale, equestrian-friendly Ashley Ridge enclave. The property’s recent ad photos showed the mahogany-paneled study’s wood and steel desk, the multi-room master suite’s purple tufted bed, and the dining table’s chairs.
Operable skylights and large windows flood the residence with natural light. A marble fireplace, recessed bar, and indoor planter with tropical plants bring nature within in the enormous living room, which has at least three sitting places. A five-car garage, a large kitchen with a U-shaped island and a breakfast nook beside the fireplace, and a master suite with a kitchenette and walk-in closet are all included.
The home wraps around three sides of a stone-paved terrace with a pool, outdoor kitchen, covered room with fireplace and TV, and deck with tree-framed mountain views over the neighboring estates.
Montana worked with Ukraine-based design firm Iqosa for two years to design a 19,000-square-foot home with nine bedrooms, two service quarters, a home theater, fitness and spa facilities, a glam room, and a stainless steel prep kitchen for the next owner. The city of Hidden Hills and the homeowner association have authorized the interior remodeling plans, according to marketing materials.

In 2016, Montana paid Selena Gomez $3.3 𝕞𝕚𝕝𝕝𝕚𝕠𝕟 for a gated residence in Calabasas, which he sold for $5 𝕞𝕚𝕝𝕝𝕚𝕠𝕟 in the summer of 2021.
