Selling Her Creative Oasis: Doja Cat Lists L.A. Mansion for Profit

Doja Cat, the delightfully eccentric singer, has decided to sell her Los Angeles mansion just a year after purchasing it. The listing price is slightly below $2.5 million, making a small profit over the $2.2 million she paid for it in February 2021.

As a Los Angeles native, the 26-year-old singer made a few modifications to the property during her brief ownership. One noticeable addition is a large wooden gate that separates the driveway from the street, ensuring privacy and security with the presence of cameras and alarm systems.

The house now appears vacant and staged, indicating that Doja Cat has moved out. Fans may recognize the interiors from her lively TikTok and Instagram live sessions, where she often showcased her creative spaces.

The main level of the house features a spacious living-dining-family room with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, giving a bright and airy feel. The whitewashed walls and ceilings, along with a midcentury-style fireplace, add to its unique charm.

The compact kitchen boasts exquisite curved cabinetry, quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, combining style and functionality.

The main level also includes two guest bedrooms, with one of them featuring glass doors opening up to the inviting pool area. Another bedroom, designed by Doja Cat herself, showcases a pastel-pink “glam room” for added charm and personal touch.

The entire second floor is dedicated to the penthouse-level master suite, offering a spacious bedroom, wall closets for ample storage, and a sleek gray bathroom with a concrete bathtub, exuding modern elegance.

Sitting on an 8,000-square-foot lot, the property features a heated plunge pool with built-in seats, concrete decks for relaxation, and young olive trees that add a touch of natural beauty. A two-car garage and additional driveway space for two more cars cater to parking needs.

Doja Cat, whose real name is Amala Dlamini, is renowned for her quirky sense of humor, vibrant fashion choices, and her recent feud with “Stranger Things” star Noah Schnapp.

As Doja Cat bids farewell to her Los Angeles mansion, fans and potential buyers have the opportunity to own a piece of her creative and whimsical world.
