From Calvin Harris to Charli XCX: The Luxurious Transformation of a Spectacular Mansion

Charli XCX, the renowned artist, has recently purchased a spectacular luxury property owned by the real estate moguls Josh and Matt Altman. According to Variety, the singer paid $5.1 million for the 6,000-square-foot mansion, which was previously owned by Calvin Harris.

The mansion, featured in Architectural Digest, boasts four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a guest cottage with a full kitchen and a recording studio. Additionally, the property includes a stunning two-story owner’s apartment, providing ample space and luxurious amenities for Charli XCX’s comfort and creative endeavors.

Originally listed for $5.75 million last year, the home was later relisted for $5.5 million in early 2020, as reported by AD. The Altman Brothers, who are part of the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles cast, represented both Calvin Harris in the sale of the property and Justin and Hailey Bieber in their impressive $26 million home purchase.

In recent months, the Altman Brothers have been busy assisting actors in finding and selling their dream houses. James Harris, another member of the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles cast, also played a role in helping Demi Lovato with her opulent Studio City home purchase, which cost $7 million.

The stunning mansion, once owned by the Altman Brothers and now owned by Charli XCX, is a testament to the luxurious and extravagant real estate properties they deal with regularly.
