Diddy’s Million-Dollar Mansion: Step into the Glamorous Residence Once Owned by Kim Porter as the Hip-Hop Mogul Seeks a $7M Buyer

Diddy is seeking a price of $7 million for one of his two residences located in Los Angeles. In 2009, the clapboard-sided classic from 2006 was sold for a price of $5.3 million. The music mogul was never a resident of that house.

Instead, Kim Porter, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend and the mother of four of his six children, resided there for a number of years during this time. In November of 2018, Porter passed away within the mansion.

The interiors of the East Coast traditional-style home are shown to be vacant in the listing images. It appears that the 2011 Cadillac Escalade that is parked in the driveway is the lone artifact left behind by Porter at the estate.

The estate on a quarter of an acre is gated, fenced, and locked to provide privacy. On the most desirable street in gorgeous Toluca Lake in Los Angeles, residents Sia, Viola Davis, Steve Carell, and Billy Ray Cyrus may be found.

Jennifer Morrison, star of “Once Upon a Time,” and Dan Fogelman, creator of “This Is Us,” each own a home on the opposite side of the street. Oil heir Nats Getty and his wife, transgender YouTuber Gigi Gorgeous, have recently moved into the property that had belonged to Miley Cyrus next door.

According to the real estate website for the Porter home, “[this] stunning traditional is ready for the next owner’s updated finishes.” The home is enormous and imposing in appearance.

The home is around 10,000 square feet and features six bedrooms, each of which has a private bathroom. Guests are captivated by the crystal chandelier, checkerboard marble flooring, and curved staircase that are located in the entryway, which has a double height.

Most of the home includes lustrous ebony hardwood floors, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless appliances, a screening room, and an upstairs primary bedroom suite with a private balcony, fireplace, and spa-style bath.

The property boasts stunning sycamore trees, groomed boxwood hedges, a sports court, backyard fireplace, al fresco dining loggia, dark-bottomed swimming pool, raised jacuzzi, and Baja sundeck.

With a net worth of $800 million, Diddy is in a position to purchase virtually any property he desires. The tycoon has a net worth of $39 million. The home in Holmby Hills.

On Miami’s exclusive Star Island, he has two estates: one is a 13,000-square-foot mansion that he purchased in 2003, and the other is a $35 million house that he purchased this summer from Gloria Estefan.
