The 61-year-old former View host listed the stunning duplex for $8.3 million. The 3,600-square-foot home in Turtle Bay, Midtown Manhattan, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Residents can see Manhattan and the East River from their rooftop terrace.

“The penthouse is incredibly spacious—it’s perfect for grand scale entertaining,” Brown Harris Stevens listing agent Paul Anand tells PEOPLE. “Plus, this size private rooftop is rare in NYC and offers iconic skyline views.”

According to the New York Times, the comedian moved to the West Coast with her youngest daughter, Dakota, 10.
