Selena Gomez may be a Texan at heart, but the megawatt star sells her Texas dream home because she spends so much time elsewhere (like L.A., where she is presently based).

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom house in the renowned Montserrat neighborhood of Fort Worth, Texas, has been placed on the market with a $2.9 million asking price. It is listed by John Zimmerman and Todd Terry.

And it’s clear why. The picture-perfect 10,000-square-foot mansion sits on 1.5 acres of land. A tennis court, putting green, saltwater pool with an integrated waterslide, outdoor kitchen, and cabana with an outdoor fireplace are all located outside and are all surrounded by gorgeous landscaping. Depending on the size of the cars, there is also ample garage space for six to eight vehicles.
