The mansion was purchased by Robert Pattinson in 2011 for $6 million.

With a total area of up to 2,604 m2, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious dining and living room, floors are paved with special hardwood.

The villa was built in 2009, the swimming pool is designed outdoors.

The ‘vampire’ Robert Pattinson also dedicated a private room of 1,440 m2 to receive guests.
