Wayne Rooney’s Million-Dollar Mansions

Former England captain Wayne Rooney owns luxurious villas in multiple countries, with an estimated total asset value exceeding $50 miℓℓion.

According to The Sun, Rooney purchased a villa in Barbados, England in 2010 for $5 million. The house is built on over 200 hectares of land and features 5 large bedrooms, a media room, an outdoor swimming pool, and a golf course. It is only a 5-minute walk away from the famous Royal Westmoreland Beach Club.

The interior of the luxurious house is exquisite and designed by top experts. The villa is a familiar vacation spot for the Rooney family during each Christmas and summer season. Starting from 2015, Rooney began renting out the property for approximately $25,000 per week during peak seasons.

In 2007, Rooney spent $425,000 on a luxurious waterfront apartment at Harbour Pointe, Florida (USA). The apartment features three bedrooms, a balcony, and a living space of over 1,750 square meters. According to The Sun, the apartment is currently being rented out as Rooney seldom visits it.

Rooney, along with his wife and children, once lived happily in the “Waynesor Castle,” valued at $6 million, before it was burglarized in August 2016. The house features six bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a home theater, and a swimming pool. The Rooneys are reportedly believed to be selling the property.

In 2019, Rooney and his family moved to a stunning $16 million home in WɑՏhi𝚗gтo𝚗 DC, USA, after he joined DC United. The house features a wine cellar, an outdoor swimming pool, an entertainment room, and even a dedicated home theater.

Rooney’s WɑՏhi𝚗gтo𝚗 home includes a gymnasium right inside the house. However, this space is currently unused as Rooney has returned to England to continue his playing career and transition into a coaching role for Derby County.

The new $26.5 million mansion owned by the Rooneys is situated on a 40-acre estate in Cheshire. The house is still under construction and is said to feature various amenities, including a stable for horses and two artificial fishing lakes. It is often compared to a superstore due to its size and grandeur.
