Unleashing the Future: Experience the Unprecedented Magic of a House with a Hydraulic Roof

The roof of this one-of-a-kind home opens and closes hydraulically at will. However, this is not the only impressive or futuristic feature. This spiral staircase is an artistic creation. It was designed to resemble a crimson, flowing evening gown. And we adore how the vibrant hue is repeated throughout the room. And the white granite walls are built into the sea’s rocky edge. More specifically, crafted from marble. The residence was designed by one of Europe’s rising stars, Michel Boucquillon, who was born in Belgium. However, let’s return to the hydraulic roof for a moment. The wings are butterfly-like, opening 30 degrees on each side. This not only provides ventilation to cool the property in the summer but also a view of the stars at night. Toss in an olive grove – all of which is located in Tuscany, by the way – and we’re in paradise.
