Inside Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin’s Blissful Beverly Hills Haven: A Stylish Transitional Paradise!

Justin Bieber may believe that it’s never too late to “say sorry,” but it’s too late for the 26-year-old Canadian singer to make a profit from his Beverly Hills residence. The custom contemporary-traditional residential fusion, which first appeared on the market last March with an asking price of $9 million, was recently sold for just under $8 million — over $500,000 less than what Bieber paid for the residence just three years ago. TMZ reported the transfer first.

The former Bieber estate is located on a prime cul-de-sac in the Benedict Canyon neighborhood of 90210, is within walking distance of the Beverly Hills Hotel, and is adjacent to a $10 million property owned by Jeff Bezos. The 6,100-square-foot structure was constructed in 1932. In 2018, a major expansion and renovation rendered the formerly unremarkable traditional establishment unrecognizable.

The camera-monitored, walled, and gated estate features a private front courtyard with olive trees sheltering pea gravel. On the main floor, which features a living room with a marble fireplace and glass French doors leading to the courtyard, there are wide-plank parquet floors.

The living room is immediately adjacent to the culinary kitchen, which is elegantly appointed with custom rift oak cabinetry, SubZero and Wolf appliances, and a marble island. Both rooms feature custom Steelcase windows with garden views; the formal dining room features more traditional casement windows with tree views.

The most visually appealing chamber is likely the wine cellar, with its Art Deco-inspired golden bar and backlit shelves. According to the listing, there are also five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, including a master suite with a fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, and extra-large walk-in closet.

The 0.20-acre property has a well-landscaped rear with a sparkling pool, an outdoor cabana with a fireplace, lush banana plants, and a small patch of grass for Fido to relieve himself.

Don’t shed any sorrow for Bieber; he and his wife Hailey Baldwin are still living large despite their significant financial loss. The couple recently purchased a $25.8 million mansion in the guard-gated community of Beverly Park, high in the highlands above Beverly Hills. Magic Johnson, Samuel L. Jackson, Rod Stewart, and Denzel Washington are among the other well-known residents of this enclave.
