South Florida Business Journal reports that Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler has purchased a new residence in Miami. The price tag for the All-Star forward was a princely $7.45 мιIIιоn.
As previously reported, Butler has been seeking a new residence. In 2021, he reportedly sold his erstwhile Miami mansion for $7,1,000,000 to a new owner. The transaction resulted in a handsome profit for the player, who had acquired the spread for $4.5 мιIIιоn in 2019.
Not that he requires money. Last year, the six-time All-Star signed a $184 мιIIιоn, four-year extension with the Heat.
Along with a new contract, it appears that “Jimmy Buckets” has acquired a new residence, likely because he desired a more secluded place to rest his head off the court.
The European-style home, which the listing describes as having “the best location in Miami,” is one of twelve in the gated Stonegate neighborhood. The neighborhood has its own tennis court and park.
The expansive, airy residence, constructed in 2000 and measuring 6,148 square feet, features six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
There are oak hardwood floors, moldings, soaring ceilings, and designer details. A culinary kitchen, formal rooms, fireplaces, a library, and a bar are included in the floor plan. Also included is a three-car garage.
