Fast and Fabulous: Inside Tyrese Gibson’s Post Fast X Adventure with Loved Ones and Friends

From the street, and even from behind the tall bougainvillaea hedging and iron gates, the Woodland Hills, California, compound that Atlanta-based singer and actor Tyrese Gibson has put on the market for just under $2.9 million, more than double the $1.385 million he paid shortly after it was built 11 years ago, is an unremarkable, tan-colored Mediterranean-ish house that almost no one passing by would notice or look at twice.

Since the late 1990s, the singer of “Sweet Lady” and “How You Gonna Act Like That” has released six albums and, according to most online estimates, sold approximately 3.7 million copies. He has appeared in five of the blockbuster “Fast & Furious” films and three of the money-making “Transformers” films. However, he has arguably enjoyed greater success on the silver screen. He will shortly be seen opposite Jared Leto in the upcoming “Spider-Man” spinoff “Morbius,” as well as in two upcoming “Fast & Furious” films. Currently, he appears to be well on his path to becoming a legitimate movie star.

Gibson’s not-quite-a-half-acre parcel includes four separate structures, including the main house, which has five bedroom suites, including a master suite with two walk-in closets and a terrace, and a total of 5.5 bathrooms. The property was first spotted on the wildly popular Zillow Gone Wild Instagram, and is listed with “Selling Sunset” star Jason Oppenheim of The Oppenheim Group.

While there are a few extravagant features, such as the grandiose double-height combination foyer and living room, with its even more grandiose curved staircase and curlicued wrought-iron railings, the majority of the main house is a standard, albeit upscale suburban structure that can accommodate a large family.
