UAE One, a 140-meter superyacht, has been unveiled by Milan-based designer Enzo Manca. According to Manca, the superyacht design is “very different from the usual megayachts.”
The audacious concept has been customized for the United Arab Emirates with the intention that it become the state’s official premier mega yacht. According to Manca, the concept was created with input from a Sheikh, with an emphasis on seclusion and additional space for international meetings, as well as multiple transfer options, such as a “mini-internal port” for tenders and a submarine.
The exterior of the concept is characterized by its distinctively curving lines, which are inspired by military vessels and encompass nine decks and 2,800 square meters while reaching heights of 40 meters. The tinted, mirrored windows and strong, militant design contribute to the element of privacy.
With two helipads that are ideal for foreign delegates, the expansive circular deck space is reminiscent of an aircraft carrier and features a variety of luxurious amenities.
The 28-meter beam accommodates a transverse 18-meter swimming pool, while the wellness center and spa convert the military-inspired concept into a luxury yacht.
The large circular settee in the bow has been designed around a central fireplace for additional relaxation while taking in the 360-degree views. Moreover, exterior lounging areas are shaded for added comfort.
The yacht’s interior space features various configurations of accommodation, including one owner’s suite, eight master cabins, and fourteen mini-suites, with official interior design renderings still in the works.
For private, international gatherings and meetings, three additional meeting rooms and a press area are planned. The crew quarters, consisting of 35 cabins, will be sizable enough to accommodate 65 crew members.
The UAE ONE concept complements Manca’s existing collection of distinctive superyacht ideas.
