Encino’s Celebrity Real Estate Boom: From Tristan Thompson to Reggie Bush, Luxury Homes in the Spotlight

Encino, a Los Angeles area known for its increasing affluence, has recently become a hotspot for wealthy celebrities from various generations.

Notably, NBA star Tristan Thompson recently acquired a luxurious estate in Encino for $6.5 million. Meanwhile, Slash, the guitarist of Guns ‘N Roses, can be found strumming his guitar in a lavish $6.2 million mansion in the same area. Another prominent figure, Dorit Kemsley from “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” recently secured a brand-new modern farmhouse in an off-market deal for the same price.

Adding to the list of high-end purchases, a newly built home in Encino was quickly sold for nearly its asking price of $5.65 million after spending less than a month on the market. The proud new owner of this property is Reggie Bush, a former All-Pro football player who notably won the 2010 Super Bowl with the New Orleans Saints. Currently serving as an analyst on Fox’s “Big Noon Kickoff,” Bush had an 11-year professional football career that included stints with various NFL teams such as the Miami Dolphins and the New Orleans Saints.

Although Bush’s fame extends beyond the football field, his well-known relationship with Kim Kardashian West during the late 2000s, predating her subsequent marriages and his marriage to dancer Lilit Avagyan, remains a prominent aspect of his public image.

According to the listing, Bush’s new Encino estate, referred to as a “Modern Cape Cod” style, offers six ensuite bedrooms and spans across 8,750 square feet of living space. Constructed by a local builder, the property features a three-car garage and ample off-street parking in the motorcourt situated in front of the house.
