Monday marked the sale of a two-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Venice for $4.4 million, according to listing agency Douglas Elliman.
Abramson Teiger, architects from California, designed the fenced-in residence.
According to property records, the erstwhile “Game of Thrones” star purchased the home in 2016 for $4.64 million. It was initially listed in August for just under $5 million, but the price was reduced twice before settling at $4.5 million in November, according to public records.
Additionally, the living room has 15-foot ceilings, a fireplace, and built-in wooden bookshelves that occupy almost the entirety of one wall.

According to the advertisement, the gated residence was completed in 2009 and designed by California-based architect Abramson Teiger.

According to listing photos, the living room also features 15-foot ceilings, a fireplace, and built-in wooden bookshelves that occupy nearly an entire wall. The main floor is comprised of a kitchen with soapstone countertops and custom cabinetry, as well as a den and office space with additional access to the courtyard.

Upstairs, the master suite features a dressing room and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. Additionally, there is a second bedroom on the floor.

The vendor could not be identified because the transaction had not yet been recorded in public records. The listing was shared by Juliette Hohnen of Elliman and Ruby Fay of Pinnacle Estate Properties. The representatives declined to comment.
Ms. Clarke, who is 34 years old, is an English actress best known for her portrayal of Daenerys Targaryen in “Game of Thrones.” In the near future, she will lend her voice to the animated fantasy “The Amazing Maurice.” The film, starring Hugh Laurie and based on the 2001 novel “The Amazing Maurice and His Educated Rodents” by the late Terry Pratchett, is scheduled for release in 2022.
