In the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles, Tyra Banks had a fast sale of her property.
According to listing documents, the former supermodel, television personality, and businesswoman sold the 6,160-square-foot home for the full asking price of $7.895 million just one month after placing it on the market.

“This house has been’smized’ with a wow factor,” Ms. Banks said in a listing statement, using a term she coined on “America’s Next Top Model” that means to smile with one’s eyes.
Ms. Banks, 48, did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the transaction, which was listed on Multiple Listing Service prior to the new year. Early in 2018, she purchased the property for $6.995 million, according to property records.
