Miami Heat’s Victor Oladipo Lists Luxurious Miami Beach Mansion Amid Uncertain Future

Victor Oladipo, the shooting guard for the Miami Heat, suffered a severe knee injury during the playoffs, causing him to miss the team’s journey to the NBA Finals. With uncertainty surrounding his long-term future in Miami, he has put his luxurious 6,500-square-foot Miami Beach mansion on the market for $9.995 million.

The mansion is located on Hibiscus Island, a private gated island south of the Venetian Islands and close to the Heat’s Kaseya Center. It features seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, high-end fixtures, soaring ceilings, and a large swimming pool with outdoor seating. The main bedroom includes two walk-in closets and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the island.

As a rising musician, Oladipo has renovated the guesthouse to include a $50,000 recording studio, where he produces songs for his forthcoming album.

Hibiscus Island offers amenities such as a waterfront park, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and 24/7 police officer service. However, Oladipo is now looking for a home with more land, particularly a tennis court or open space for his daughter to play.

Oladipo is under a two-year contract with the Heat, with a player option for next season worth $9.5 million. Despite his injury, his Miami Beach mansion is now on the market, and he hopes to recoup his $7.75 million investment from when he purchased the property after being traded from the Houston Rockets in 2021.
