Drake, a Grammy Award-winning rapper, and actor, has placed a figurative “for sale” sign in front of his multimillion-dollar Beverly Hills megamansion.
The nearly 20-acre Tuscan-style estate was listed earlier this week for $88 million, less than a year after Drake, also known as Aubrey Drake Graham, purchased it for $75 million, according to listing documents.
The Tuscan-style estate is situated on nearly 20 acres
He purchased the residence from British musician Robbie Williams, who had obtained it from Guess co-founder Armand Marciano.
The property is described as an “exquisite celebrity compound” in its listing with Branden and Rayni Williams of Williams & Williams at The Beverly Hills Estates, who declined to comment. The property is tucked away at the end of a lengthy gated drive and is close to the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Marc Bretter of Oakwood Realty Corporation is managing the sale, but he did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
According to the listing, the approximately 25,000-square-foot mansion is “ideal for large-scale entertaining and showcasing world-class art collections” and offers canyon, city, and ocean views.
The main residence features seven bedrooms, thirteen bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast room, a library, and two family rooms, one of which is also a screening room.
In addition, there is an elevator, wine cellar, fitness center, and game room. In addition, there are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms for staff, a guest house, a mosaic-tiled pool, a tennis court, an orchard, and a garage for 11 vehicles.
Drake, who is 36 years old, is one of the world’s best-selling musicians and has garnered a record-breaking number of 34 Billboard Music Awards.
