NBA Guard Pat Beverley Puts Luxurious Encino Apartment Up for Rent at $23,000 per Month

The outspoken guard, Pat Beverley, was released by the Los Angeles Lakers mid-season as the team underwent a complete overhaul during the trade deadline. In February, he signed with the Chicago Bulls, becoming a part of their roster. As a result, Beverley has recently put his luxurious apartment in Encino, CA, up for rent.

The 5-bedroom apartment, spanning 5,264 square feet, is listed at a staggering $23,000 per month and has garnered interest from potential tenants. Built in 2020, the mansion features a bright and open floor plan with design details like high vaulted ceilings, custom tilework, and wood and marble floors throughout. Additionally, the upscale space is equipped with surround sound speakers and a security system for added convenience.

The stylish chef’s kitchen boasts a minimalist design with custom cabinets, a pantry, sleek stainless-steel appliances, and a large center island with a prep sink and breakfast bar. Sliding glass doors in the breakfast area lead out to the patio, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the family room is beautifully adorned with a stone fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and sliding glass walls that open to a covered poolside area.

The apartment features two bedrooms on the first floor and three additional bedrooms on the upper level. The primary suite offers a spacious retreat with white oak beamed ceilings, a fireplace with a tiled wall, two walk-in closets with built-in shelving, and a sliding glass door that opens to a private balcony. The suite even includes an espresso machine and a refrigerator for serving a simple morning coffee on the balcony. The primary bathroom is a stunning feature with custom tilework, a double walk-in shower with accent lighting, dual vanities, a custom cabinet, and a separate soaking tub.

The property also boasts a family theater, a pool, and a spa, along with a poolside guest house featuring a 3/4 bath.

Pat Beverley purchased the home in April 2021 for $3.78 million during his time playing for the Los Angeles Clippers. At 34 years old, he will transition to freelance work after the 2023 season with the Bulls. With an impressive 11-season career in the league, Beverley is renowned for his tenacity as a guard and being a formidable opponent. Whether he continues playing or not, there is potential for him to explore opportunities as a demand-driven sports talk show host in the future.
