Rihanna, singer and proprietor of Fenty, is no novice to impressive real estate, but one property stands out. In June 2014, the ‘Umbrella’ singer began renting a $60,000 (£45,000) per month home in Los Angeles.

The 12,000-square-foot mansion, dubbed ‘The Fortress’, has a distinctive steel and concrete exterior and numerous security features, making it an ultra-safe hideaway for the celebrity.
