The lavish home Sieger created for himself took six years to engineer. The architect had to dig out the foundation of the enormous mansion from coral rock to allow it to sit in a landlocked moat, inspired by the way the river Cher flows beneath Château de Chenonceau in France.
Château Artisan is a 14-acre private paradise with European elegance and medieval security. Like any castle, this mansion has one road and massive metal gates for entry and leave. A lake-crossing drawbridge begins or ends the tree-lined road, depending on your orientation. East and west are diamond-shaped courtyards with black granite pools. Stepping stones lead to two gazebos for eating or sleeping outside.
