Calabasas Adult Mansion Purchased by Rapper Kid Cudi for $7.7M

Kid Cudi bought a stunning West Coast hilltop house.

On July 19, Dirt.com reported that Cudder bought a $7.7 million Mediterranean home in Calabasas, California. The eight-bathroom, 8,925-square-foot Park South Estates house has six bedrooms.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices describes the restored house as “nestled at the very top of the hill behind double gates” and highly secluded. The house has a home theater, a temperature-controlled wine room, and a gym with a private bath.

The home has a double staircase, large living room, bar, and private dining room. The large chef’s kitchen has two white marble islands and stainless steel equipment. The kitchen, breakfast area, and family room with a flat-screen TV over the fireplace are connected.

Five large-windowed bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a private terrace, a sitting area, a bathroom with separate vanities, a walk-in shower, a bathtub, his and her walk-in closets, and beautiful views of the hillside vineyard.

A huge pool and spa are on 11.5 acres of private backyard for entertainment. The grotto has a live turtle pond. Two patios include outdoor fireplaces and a Tiki house with a BBQ grill. Basketball and golf are in the activity area.

Finally, the backyard contains a fire pit and seat for moongazing or watching the city lights and mountains.
