Big Sean moved two months after selling his $11 million Mulholland Estates gated property. Sean Anderson, a Grammy-nominated rapper, spent $8.1 million for a modest but exquisite French Normandy-style mansion in Encino’s rich, guard-gated neighborhood.

The 2005 home was repaired four years ago and sold to Anderson at a $2 million discount. The half-acre home in a gated community with 18 other massive properties, none of which are owned by celebrities, is ideal for large events.
