Lupitɑ Nyong’o’s Dreɑm of Luxury Living with Boyfriеnd Dɑshed Dеspite Nеwly Acquired Villa

Yesterday, Lupita Nyong’o and Selema Masekela made their relationship public and celebrated the holidays by acquiring a multi-million-dollar residence in Los Angeles.

Constructed in 2014, the custom-built mansion owned by Nyong’o and Masekela is valued at around $4 million and is situated in Topanga Canyon, an unincorporated enclave between Malibu and the San Fernando Valley.

The contemporary structure, featuring steel, glass, and cement, includes solar panels, backup power, home automation, and filtration systems.

Tucked behind a steel-gated road, the property spans nearly two acres of densely wooded land at the end of a one-way street. With four bedrooms, five baths, and over 4,000 square feet across three levels, the residence boasts floor-to-ceiling glass walls providing panoramic views of the ocean, hillside, and canyon.

The living room, equipped with a fireplace and sliding glass doors leading to a spacious balcony, along with the wet bar-equipped dining room, are notable features. The gourmet kitchen showcases bamboo cabinetry, quartz countertops, an eat-in island, and high-end appliances from Viking, Wolf, and Sub-Zero.

The mansion’s highlights encompass an upstairs master retreat with a spa-inspired bath, soaking tub, and a two-person jetted steam shower. The lower level features a media/family room with a separate entrance, an additional wet bar, and an ensuite bedroom currently utilized as an office.

Outside, the property is adorned with a dining area, fountain, fire pit, and a kitchen featuring a commercial BBQ. The grounds are meticulously landscaped. Parking options include a two-car garage and space for up to 20 cars.
