Mazu Rеvеals Brеathtaki𝚗g I𝚗tеrior Rе𝚗dеri𝚗gs for the Highly Awaitеd Mazu 92 DS Modеl

Turkish shipyard Mazu Yachts offers a sneak peek inside the nearing-completion 28.5-meter steel Mazu 92 DS model, a groundbreaking addition to its series. This marks Mazu’s venture into steel construction, with the 112 DS and 132 DS models set to join the series soon.

Red Yacht Design was entrusted with both the exterior and interior design of the Mazu 92 DS. Featuring a 6.8-meter beam and a 1.9-meter draught, the model’s superstructure is crafted from carbon composite for reduced weight and a stable center of gravity.

The exterior design showcases an elevated pilothouse, a vertical bow, and a two-tone hull. Accommodating eight visitors, the vessel includes a full-beam owner’s suite, two single cabins, and a full-beam VIP on the main deck forward. Noteworthy amenities encompass a spacious swim platform, extendable for tenders or Jet Skis, and a beach club with a bar accessible through glass sliding transom doors.

A backlit exterior staircase connects the main deck, upper deck, and beach club, featuring an asymmetric lounge with an L-shaped settee and armchairs. Internally, a neutral color scheme, light wood parquet flooring, and occasional blue accents contribute to the aesthetic.

Mazu founder and designer Halit Yukay expressed confidence in creating something extraordinary that will disrupt the market. He emphasized the DS series’ exciting use of three IPS 1050 Volvo machines in a displacement steel body, anticipating a maximum speed of 22 knots.

Mazu has already commenced constructing a second 92 DS on speculation, showcasing its ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Plans for the first 112 DS are also in progress, with designs to be finalized this summer and the model scheduled for release later this year.
