A modest wooden harbor on the property provides water access, and Rick can enjoy the entertainment room upon moving in.

The artist behind “Money In The Grave” is reportedly close to selling his May-listed house. Approximately two years ago, he spent $3.5 million to acquire former NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire’s Miami mansion, according to Architectural Digest. Rick mentioned in an interview with REVOLT’s Assets Over Liabilities that he hadn’t slept in Amar’e’s house once, but he considered selling it as a potential opportunity to make an additional $3 million more than his initial investment.
