Sources reveɑl that Chance the Rapper and his wife recently acquired a 9,251-square-foot residence in Bannockburn, situated about 30 miles north of Chicago, for $2.3 million.

 The Grammy-winning artist, originally from Chicago, finalized the pᴜrchase of this five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property on September 14, transitioning from their previous rental home in the vicinity. 

The couple had been residing in another five-bedroom, 6,721-square-foot residence in Bannockburn before this latest acquisition.

Built in 1996 on a spacious 3.71-acre lot, the property boasts a 4-car garage, library, sauna, movie theater, and an outdoor swimming pool, according to its description.
