Canadian rapper, musician, and actor Drake recently parted ways with his Yolo estate in Los Angeles, selling it for a staggering $12 million.

This sprawling property spans approximately 12,500 square feet, offering a plethora of amenities tailored for living the high life of a hip-hop star in the celebrity enclave of Hidden Hills. Among its many luxuries are a mechanical bull and a grotto pool featuring a swim-up bar.

Listed by Branden and Rayni Williams of Beverly Hills Estates, the YOLO estate, named after the “you only live once” slogan, is described as a breathtaking resort-style residence nestled within the ultra-exclusive, guard-gated community of Hidden Hills. This English Tudor home, situated in a secluded cul-de-sac and surrounded by equestrian pathways, seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comforts.

Drake, whose full namе is Aubrey Drake Graham and who is 35 years old, originally purchased the property for $7.7 million in 2012, according to data from PropertyShark. 

The singer of hits like “Wait for U,” “Toosie Slide,” and “Way 2 Sеxy” initially listed the estate for $14.8 million in March, as indicated by listing documents, before entering into a contract at the beginning of May.

Although the buyer’s identity rеmains undisclosed as sale records have yet to be made available, the listing details an array of features within the main house, including vaulted ceilings, six fireplaces, a recording studio and lounge, a home theatre, a wine cellar, and a tasting area, all accessible via a stone causeway. 

The property boasts an expansive, approximately 2,000-square-foot master bedroom suite with seating, a bar area, a bathroom featuring two vanities and soaking tubs with marble surrounds, and a wood-paneled bookshelf serving as its entrance.

In addition to the enticing swim-up bar, the pool area boasts an 80-foot rock waterslide, waterfalls, and multiple televisions. The estate further includes stables, a sand volleyball court, and a tennis/basketball court.
