Raheem Sterling Nears Chelsea Transfer and Considers Property Sale to Trent Alexander-Arnold

As Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling approaches a potential transfer to Chelsea, he is reportedly in talks to sell his £3.1 million Cheshire property to Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold. The winger has discussed the property move with Alexander-Arnold, who is looking to leave his current residence in south Manchester.

Sterling is said to be seeking approximately £4.5 million for his Cheshire mansion, aiming to make a £1.4 million profit after purchasing the property in 2017. The 27-year-old currently lives in the house with his fiancée, Paige Milian, a real estate entrepreneur, and their two young sons.

The Cheshire mansion features five luxurious bedrooms, contemporary grey color scheme, a wildlife pond in nearby marshland, and a matte black staircase in the corridor. The kitchen has stone flooring, white marble countertops, and glossy cabinets, complemented by chic red seats around a sizable island. Sterling’s lounge showcases comfortable grey furniture covered in soft velvet.

The property also includes two bathrooms, one with a royal-themed color scheme of indigo and strong shower jets, and a custom-designed bath integrated into the wall. The second bathroom has a modern design with ivory wooden wall panels and a state-of-the-art Jacuzzi placed in the middle of the space.

If the deal goes through, it could pave the way for Sterling’s £45 million transfer to Chelsea. The negotiations between the two clubs are believed to be in advanced stages, with the England international potentially leaving Etihad this summer. The move is seen as a significant statement signing for Chelsea as owner Todd Boehly aims to make his mark on the club.

Sterling, who has been with Manchester City for seven years, is looking for more playing time as he approaches the peak of his career. His contract with Manchester City is set to expire in 2023. Since joining City from Liverpool in 2015, Sterling has enjoyed considerable success, winning multiple Premier League championships, League Cups, and an FA Cup. The 77-cap England player seems poised to return to the English city where he spent his formative years before leaving for Liverpool.
