The rapper is set to pᴜrchɑse a lavish estate worth $37.5 million, providing him with over 9,700 square feet of living space, as reported on July 19 by Realtor.com.
According to TheRealDeal.com, Rick Ross will join the ranks of superstar neighbors on the island, including Diddy, who recently shared an Instagram photo presenting Ross with a golf cart.
Ross is investing $37.5 million in the property, a significant increase from the $4.6 million spent by the previous owner in 1999 when the mansion was built in 1992.
In 2014, Rick Ross acquired a substantial property formerly owned by boxer Evander Holyfield for $5.8 million.
The Fayetteville, Georgia, mansion spans 54,000 square feet on approximately 300 acres next to a highway, boasting 25 baths and 109 rooms.
