Philip Lawrence, a Grammy-winning songwriter and record producer who worked with Bruno Mars, Adele, Flo Rida, Wiz Khalifa, and CeeLo Green, has relisted his Manhattan penthouse at $7.35 million.

 

 

 

 

The eight-time Grammy winner and his celebrity stylist/fashion designer wife, Urbana Chappa Lawrence, paid $7.6 million for the high-floor city-view condo almost four years ago.
