Iммerse Yоurself in the Exquisite Eurоpeɑn Aмbiɑnce of Nina Dоbrev’s Hollywооd мɑnsiоn

Nina Dobrev, renowned for her roles in Hollywood hits like Degrassi, The Vɑmpire Diaries, and The Perks of Being a Wallflower during the 2000s, resides in a distinctive four-bedroom West Hollywood home.

Influenced by her upbringing in southern France as a Bulgarian, Dobrev maintained the 1920s Spanish-style architecture while infusing sleek brass accents, locally sourced art, and furniture, creating an airy California vibe with European elegance.

The pɑndemic prompted Dobrev, like many, to remodel her space.

Reflecting on her frequent travels for work and pleasure, she found herself spending an extended period at home, leading to a personal touch as she undertook the painting herself.

In a whimsical move, she transformed the exterior from mustard-yellow to matte white using a pressure washer and paint from The Home Depot.

Not one to shy away from color, Dobrev’s residence, remodeled by Charlie Barstein, features a kitchen with olive green cabinets and terra-cotta flooring, reminiscent of a rustic European kitchen.

Italian terra-cotta tiles and the retro-styled Ilve collection contribute to the European influence, while artwork by Joe Henry Baker adorns the butler’s pantry.

Described as a ‘facelift’ rather than a reconstruction by Dobrev, the home boasts an expanded breakfast nook, enhanced living room aesthetics, and a personalized spice rack that reflects her mature taste.

In one corner, a gift from her boyfriend, snowboarder Shaun White, consisting of a Bowie print and an enlarged safari photo, adds vibrant pops of color.

Overall, Dobrev’s Hollywood mansion exudes sophistication and a sense of maturity, making it a unique and captivating space.
