This approximately 12,500 square foot mansion in the celebrity-studded Hidden Hills offers numerous luxuries, including a mechanical bull and a grotto pool with a swim-up bar, providing the epitome of the hip hop star lifestyle.

Listed with Branden and Rayni Williams of Beverly Hills Estates, the YOLO estate is described as a jaw-dropping resort-style home tucked away in the ultra-exclusive, guard-gated enclave of Hidden Hills.

This English Tudor residence, situated on a secluded cul-de-sac and bordered by equestrian trails, seamlessly combines country charm with contemporary convenience.

Property records show that Drake, 35, whose full namе is Aubrey Drake Graham, acquired the property for $7.7 million in 2012. Initially listed for $14.8 million in March, the estate entered into a contract in early May, eventually selling for $12 million.

The main house boasts beamed ceilings, six fireplaces, a recording studio and lounge, a home theater, a wine cellar, and a tasting area.

Accessible via a stone bridge, the property includes a 2,000 square foot master bedroom suite with seating, a bar area, a bathroom with two vanities, soaking tubs with marble surrounds, and entry through wood-paneled bookshelves.

The pool area features an 80-foot rock waterslide, waterfalls, a swim-up bar, and multiple televisions. Additional amenities include stables, a sand volleyball court, and a tennis/basketball court. The buyer’s identity rеmains undisclosed as sale records have yet to be made available.
