In a delightful turn of events, Jenner successfully purchased her new residence for a substantial amount less than the initial asking price.

Originally listed at $14.9 million in September 2016, the property’s price underwent reductions to $14.5 million in July 2018 and further to $13.9 million in early October. Jenner, making her move on October 9, managed to negotiate a reduction of $545,000 from the asking price.
