Less than a year after its pᴜrchɑse, Yo Gotti has decided to sell his hilltop residence in Los Angeles. Nestled in Westlake Village, California, the rapper’s expansive 3-acre property, known as Villa Forza, boasts a Tuscan-style mansion, two pools, rose gardens, and a full-size tennis court.

Renowned for his successful 2016 album “The Art of Hustle,” which reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200, Yo Gotti, professionally known as Mario Mims, achieved significant acclaim. At 41 years old, Gotti now oversees Nashville’s Collective Music Group (CMG) and has decided to part ways with his Westlake Village retreat.

Listed for $1 million more than the initial pᴜrchase price in May, Villa Forza was built in the late 1990s and offers stunning views of the North Ranch Country Club golf course. The mansion spans over 10,000 square feet on a single level.

The interior exudes opulence, featuring glass-and-metal double front doors that open to a spacious foyer with a large skylight, providing panoramic views of the backyard and rolling hills.

The residence includes a living room with a fireplace, a library, a family room connected to a chef’s kitchen, and six guest/family rooms.

The master suite encompasses a home gym, executive office, formal dining room, two bathrooms, wardrobes, fireplaces, and jacuzzis.

Outside, Villa Forza boasts manicured boxwood and rose gardens, towering palm trees, and tranquil fountains.

The property is adorned with a reflecting pool, an infinity-edge pool, and multiple terraces, offering ideal spaces for outdoor dining and entertaining, all overlooking the scenic canyon.
