Dwayne Johnson Acquires Sprawling Beverly Park Mansion, Quietly Closing on Luxurious Six-Bedroom Retreat

In an undisclosed transaction, Dwayne Johnson, contemplating a presidential run, recently finalized the purchase of a six-bedroom, twelve-bathroom house on April 6. Nestled on a flat 3.67-acre plot, this residence stands as the most substantial asset in the upscale Beverly Park neighborhood, a favored enclave for celebrities like Rod Stewart, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Sofia Vergara, and Denzel Washington.

Spanning an impressive 17,630 square feet, the mansion encompasses a myriad of amenities, including an indoor pool, a baseball diamond, a music room with a recording studio, a movie theater, and an elevator. The property is also equipped with a tennis court.

A serene cul-de-sac, bordered by olive trees and located in the quiet mountainous vicinity above Beverly Hills, leads to a motor court. The park surrounding the mansion boasts ancient trees, scenic trails, and secluded retreats.

Despite listing his luxurious equestrian estate on the outskirts of Atlanta for sale in January, Johnson has yet to receive any offers. Known as Hollywood’s highest-paid actor, his acclaim comes from roles in blockbuster films like “Jumanji,” “Ballers,” and “Fast & Furious”.
