Nestled on a flat 3.67-acre plot, this residence stands as the most substantial asset in the upscale Beverly Park neighborhood, a favored enclave for celebrities like Rod Stewart, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Sofia Vergara, and Denzel Washington.

Spanning an impressive 17,630 square feet, the mansion encompasses a myriad of amenities, including an indoor pool, a baseball diamond, a music room with a recording studio, a movie theater, and an elevator. The property is also equipped with a tennis court.
