Exploring Rick Ross’s $3.5M new mansion which includes four bedrooms, five and a half baths, an interior bar area with a pool table, and a yoga room

Rick Ross’ latest real estate acquisition not only comes with a celebrity pedigree but also boasts a record-breaking return on investment. The South Florida estate, formerly owned by NBA all-star Amar’e Stoudemire, was swiftly purchased by the Miami native for $3.5M in an all-cash deal, marking the quickest closing in the history of the gated community.

Stoudemire had owned the property for over a decade, featuring a 7,361 square foot main house, a 1,314 square foot guest house, and a nine-car garage. The main house, a one-story structure, boasts coffered ceilings, 10-foot ceilings, white marble floors, four bedrooms, and five and a half baths. Notable amenities include a chef’s kitchen, a secret movie theater, an interior bar area with a pool table, and a yoga room. The guesthouse offers a sitting room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.

Interestingly, Ross’ Atlanta estate, a 12-bedroom mansion, served as the main filming location for “Coming 2 America.” The 45,000 square feet property, with 109 rooms, served as a magnificent stand-in for a palace in the fictional country of Zamunda. Ross even kept some set modifications, stating, “They changed the wallpaper in the dining room so I asked them to keep it,” and received a massive dining table as a gift, capable of seating 50–60 people.
